Merry Christmas!!

Today the day Christ was born! What a joy to those who believe!

I think its been a while! The Christmas season is full of parties and programs one for each child! After all someone has to bring the magic of christmas to the kids! Then there is the shopping, the wrapping and most fun the baking! This year we had a family cookie baking party! Kira was a great help rolling and dipping and EATING the dough While Derek watched the Christmas classics one more time! His favorite is the Heat misor!

Family was close and all was well. The kids got lots of games this year so we played Memory, Tip it and Qwirkle (a form of dominos with shapes and colors) all day. The little pet shop aminals are resting now and Spiderman and all the power rangers are on guard for the night anxiously waiting the drum solo and the hot wheels race tomorrow!

God is good! Everyone is well. Except a little scare from mom. She has a heart scan tomorrow to find out why she is getting sores on her hands. Her blood tests showed an infection in her blood so now the doctors are doing some tests to find out where it is coming from. We are praying for her.

Befor I go I have to tell you the chant I have heard several times throughout the week and I laugh every time Kira sings it.

Pet Snowball

I made myself a snowball
Just as perfect as could be.
I thought I'd keep it as a pet
And let i sleep with me
I gave it some pajamas
And a pillow for its head.
Then, last night it ran away,
But first.....It wet the bed!
