Opportunties!

I know I have a lot to be thankful for. God has put so many puzzle pieces together in my life... And many more to follow. Every time I can't see what God is doing I am more amazed at the outcome every day. In my last post the moral of the story was

"Life is not the way it's supposed to be, It's the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference."

There are two ways of looking at everything.

I watched Evan Almighty the other night and the kids liked it and loved to dance to all the cool music!!

"Noah" (Correll) was forced into building the ark. In the Bible, Noah did it willingly. In the movie, the wife had trouble following and supporting him unlike the biblical version. But, I really liked "God's" speech to Noah's wife at the diner. He said we should see everything as an "opportunity". For example, if we ask God for patience, He doesn't always magically turn us into patient people, He gives us the opportunity to be patient. If we ask for courage, He gives an opportunity to be courageous! Sometimes He does drop things in our laps, but for most things we should keep our eyes peeled for opportunities!!

May God give you many opportunities!!
