Today marks the day Kira and Derek mastered riding a bike with No Training wheels!!
When they put their minds to something they just do it!! Derek said let go mommy I can do it! ( But Derek I just took your wheels off!) Kira was a little more cautious but was racing me by the end of an hour! The starts and stops and turns were the most challenging! The back breaking holds were worth it!! They are growing up so fast! I pray that with this new found freedom they will take the paths in life that God wants them to take. It's hard to watch them fall a few times before they get the hang of balancing, but when they do there is no price on the confidence they gain when they finally do it all by themsleves! I pray they will always have that kind of courage to try new things even if they fall a few times getting there!
