Both! He lives everywhere!

Col 1:15-17 came to mind thanks to a study on "Who is Jesus?" this winter.

It says TLB "Christ is the exact likeness of the unseen God. He existed before God and made anything at all, and, in fact, v16 Christ himself is the Creator who made everything in heaven and earth, the things we can see and the things we can't; the spirit world with its kings and kingdoms, its rulers and authorities; all were made by Christ for his own use and glory. v17 He was before all else began and it is his power that holds his Church---which he began; and he is the leader of all those who arise from the dead, so that he is first in everything; v 19 for God wanted all of himself to be in his Son."

This establishes that Jesus is God and that He is ruler OVER all.

Where does He live?
Psalm 103:19 says " There Lord has made the heavens his throne; from there he rules over everything there is."

Psalm 139:1, 6-12 - O Lord, you have examined my heart and know everything about me.
v5 You precede and follow me, and place your hand of blessing on my head. This is too glorious, too wonderful to believe! I can never be lost to your Spirit! I can never get away from my God! If I go up to heaven, you are there; if I go down to the place of the dead , you are there. If I ride the morning winds to the farthest oceans, even there your hand will guide me, your strength will support me. If darkness cannot hide from God; to you the night shines as bright as day.

Even a 6 year old can understand the vastness of God!! He is everywhere!!
