What's on my mind..

I look at life and all that God has done. It gives me peace. I look at how God has shaped every circumstance in my life to make me who I am today. The puzzle pieces fit because God works all things together for good. There are marriages failing around me and people struggling with, to me, small things. They are small to me because God's power can help us overcome anything.

I was faced with an issue that strengthened my faith in the true power of the Holy Spirit. In our humaness, Satan tries to pull some really low stunts. In my weakness, I stayed close to God and drew on His power and God turned a potentially detrimental situation into an opportunity to witness for Him. I can't go into the details, but my confidence in the Holy Spirit has been renewed. We have to face satan's power every day, so I thank God that we have a Holy Spirit who fights even harder for us. I am very strong - IN THE LORD - without Him I am nothing.
